Unity ads dashboard crasht bugs and dont show ads in new created projects!!

im total confused !!
I have creating a new project and want to use the unity ads from the dashboard.
Now the problem is when i create new project for the ads and active the ads it crash sometimes.
And when this works i want to show my ads but this dont work on new create project its impossible to show the ads its like it dont want to load the ads from the editor and android.
When i using my old project that using unitys not the project from the dashboard from the pc it works perfect.
