Not Recognizing Store Game ID

Hi,

After publishing my games at Play Store and App Store, I go to UnityAds dashboard to update store details. At "Add Store details", I entered the correct game ID(bundle id for google play and the long digit string for apple) but it keeps on returning red. Help, why is it doing that
