question about Admob

≫ Next: unity ads Advertisement.IsReady(placementId) always false

Hi, From Admob site, the following lines are needed to show a Banner, after the admob has been initialized ofcourse, my question is, the three lines above bannerView.Show... should the top 3 lines be called only once when the Application is started after which we just call the Hide/Show Methods?

AdRequest request = new AdRequest.Builder().Build();...
